I have been blocked out of my payoneer account and the only option I was given is to look for an alternative payment option.
I have been a seller on fiverr for almost four years now and i have used Payoneer as my withdrawal option ever since.
Recently, my account was blocked for ‘undisclosed reasons’.
This is not the first time they are blocking me out of my account, it’s the third!! Usually, they claim it’s the case of an account breach and they ask me to get a new card (which cost $60) for my own good, but this time it is different.
After sending several emails, I got zero reply. I eventually tried contacting Payoneer live chat and I got connected to Bernie. See our conversation below:

I have encountered this situation before and the only option i was given is to order a new card; I hope this will not be the case because i have ordered up to 5 cards in the past due to this problem and they get blocked within the first few months of use. Please i do not have the money to order a new card and i really need access to my account to get some money for Christmas.

Undisclosed, means that there is nothing I can see regarding this, as this was initiated through a different department at Payoneer.
